A320 Family Training provides type rating training in Europe. At the cheapest cost due to non profit policy. Here we can have cheap price and high quality, what normally does not come together. It is cheap because of the non profit policy but also because the training organization is thought to be very light from the beginning. No huge fixed cost. Only the structure is light. The training is longer than any other TRTO, based on the airbus syllabus, with the same tools etc.
