Clay currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of AHL Services, Inc. AHL Services provides marketing support services in North America through Archway Marketing Services and Archway Retail Merchandising operations. Clay joined AHL in October of 2001 and led a corporate restructuring, which culminated in the recapitalization of the company by Cravey, Green & Wahlen, Inc. in August of 2003. From September 1996 through November 2000, Clay was the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Snyder Communications where he was responsible for all internal and external reporting and capital markets activities. Clay left Snyder Communications after completing its sale to Havas Advertising in September 2000 for $2.2 billion. He was a partner at Arthur Andersen from January 1981 through August 1996. Clay graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BBA in accounting. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Ventiv Health NASDAQ:VTIV and a member of the College of William & Mary School of Business Advisory Board.
